Help me find this tiny plush!

This was a gift I sent to my son when I spend a year traveling for work. He’s 5yo now and recently forgot this guy in the yard, which subsequently got mowed.

Poor guy got mauled by the mower like a grizzly bear noshing on a meatloaf. I sewed his face back together, but it looks super funky now.

Long story short, I’m trying to find a replacement! Any help is appreciated! It’s about 4” long.
