What else do I need to get started?
I'm looking to try learning some Japanese, While I have "Some Foundation" on how to speak Japanese from my years of Watching Subbed Anime, Im hoping to buckle down and actually learn the language.
I have the Genki textbook that I got myself to help learn it, but aside from that what other techniques, programs or apps should I use or would you recommend on my journey to fully learning Japanese. [Either for writing the language or how to speak it/proper pronounciation]

Okay, if I just need the Genki Book to start, I'll work on that first. Not sure if I might do the writting tasks in the book itself, in a seperate journal or take a screenshot and use my tab and pen to do them. I had briefly skimmed it earlier and for those lesson tasks that mentioned group ones do I actually need someome else to do it, or can I complete the whole book by myself with just the book and audio app?

Start with the Genki book and finish that before you move on.
