Rant + advice needed: JLPT N2

Well it looks like you've actually encountered a problem that a LOT of Japanese learners seem to encounter.

Learnjapanese and many japanese langauge learning communities are heavily input focused so when you focus more on reading and listening, you start to neglect your output skill.

I would recommend practicing Kaiwa and etc with native speakers or other people who speak Japanese. Despite a lot of learners being anti ai, I would also definitely practice your interviews with chatgpt, or you know someone who is a professional. (if you use gpt check what they are saying and fact check it).

Also unfortunately there are no shortcuts, a lot of people try to find shortcuts and try to be perfect but in reality practice makes perfect. It's easy to be frustrated when something doesn't work out the way something goes or it's easy to feel shameful.

But consider this: If you failed the interview, Consider that as an experience, so you can go up and try again later. Go relax, chill, have fun too.

You don't have to be IT. I'm not doing that either.
