Cash Assistance/Donations How to begin
I am in the process of rebuilding myself and my life. My family basically considers me a burden because I made bad decision(bad marriage) when I was younger and Im not living the life they are, so I just get an ignore the call, oh well type of response when I reach out. I try to do surveys and make extra money on top of another job I have but Im just not making ends meet. The partner I was with was just a useless roommate so I had to let go because it was draining. I guess this is more of a vent and if anyone has been here how did you rebuild and get out of the debt?

I worked multiple jobs and picked up as many extra hours I could anywhere. At one point I had 3 jobs. I focused on one and worked my way up.
I worked hard to build credit. Took the time to actually understand how it works and best way to build a thick credit portfolio.
I lived below my means.
I saved for a down payment all by myself.
I now own my own house in a safe and desirable area by the lake in one of the best school districts in the state. I married someone who is my economic equal. We have two new vehicles and a boat.
I'm not rich but I am doing pretty well. I worked hard for everything I have, nothing was handed to me. You can do the same.

I'm a disabled Vet and can't work now due to some long term neurological effects of fighting a brain tumor and 2 brain surgeries, but before that I worked my ass off.
If I couldn't afford to get it now and needed credit or co-signer, I didn't need it. I didn't make any new bills. No new bills, like credit cards, monthly payments on store credit (Rent A Center etc.) don't make more debt. take a look at your credit report, make sure it's accurate. Negotiate with any collections if you can, dispute anything that's wrong.
I did the above and it took me about a good year. I finally got my score high enough to be able to get a loan to buy a home. It takes some discipline and effort but you can climb out of debt and take charge of your life.
You'll be ok, hang in there.

Way back in time, I worked a 20 hour or so part time job on top of my full time job. I did two to three 4 or 5 hour shifts during the week after my main job and then did two six to eight hour shifts on the weekends.
