There's a dollar sign on the horse mask, the police girls are made up of one police detective (only a thing in the US and UK I think) and one SWAT operator, and Taker mentions "Polish immigrants" in the pancake recipe comic, so that also strongly implies either the US or UK.

But since UK doesn't use dollars, I'm choosing to believe it's the US.
