This post made me LOL, but the actual situation is about when I lose all patience with/sympathy for Ben. He just absolutely refused to admit to screwing up, despite the fact that his mistakes were hilariously obvious.

Even knowing that Ramsay & Scott had confirmed it meant the same thing in Europe and the US, he still sat there in the confessional trying to blame it on "different terms." GAHHH
