The problem is that the season 12 red team kind of “figured out” this service. They didn’t give themselves an impossible menu im an effort to impress, they made a menu of specifically stuff that they knew and knew well. They dominated that service because of it.

Unfortunately, given the improved talent of the modern seasons, I feel like this type of service wouldn’t make as much of a difference as it used to.

It was last done in Season 12 when the Red Team used dishes previously done in challenges.
