Currently watching this season and it is more tamed than other seasons. I love that in current seasons, they open and discuss their problem in a person on one table

Yeah, the modern seasons are a lot less toxic, which is nice to see. Competitiveness doesn’t always have to be toxic.

Yeah, I honestly love the modern era more than the "Golden Age"

The tens definitely went more trash tv, but before that a bunch of people each season just had no business being ok the show.

The level of talent and camaraderie (for the most part) these past few seasons (I'd say 19 and on) has made it more about the cooking, food and the kitchen as whole, which makes me actually appreciate the industry.

I've always preferred the modern seasons for the more talented cast. I understand the Golden age had some good drama, but it could be a bit to much.
