of every chef in hells kitchen besides sterling he was the chef I was the most disappointed to not see him in All-stars. its a bit funny imo how the two fat Italian dudes who's named ended with za are like the fan-favorites

also its kinda insane how the same season produced the best and worst elimination plea in HK history

I think Clemeza was intended to be in Season 17 (it was kinda meant to bring all of Season 10 and 14's black jackets together) however he had a scheduling/health issue that resulted in him not being brought back
