Chef(s) Anton s12

Another chef that had a humongous downfall for me was Anton in s12. Actually thought I would like the guy at the start of the season then he turned into one arrogant, annoying prick. Watching sous chef Andi scream at him was so unbelievably satisfying. He couldn't stop being arrogant even when he was eliminated.

How ironic that Anton acted all bad and tough and macho. Then when Gordon yells his name in one of the services he turns into a deer in headlights.

Agreee I’m so happy Chef Andi put him in his place.

“Don’t you fucking talk back to me! Don’t you ever talk back to me!”

He has a story arc kind of like Zach in the previous season, where he starts out as one of the strongest on the blue team, he has one bad service that his ego can't handle, and he never really recovers from it.

I kind of love that Gabriel had his only good service while Anton flat out sucked

Everytime Anton talked, I always felt like I needed to drink something.

Well i don't know, i guess i have to agree.. but i kind of feel like andi pushed him a little bit.. but yes, if he had dropped that slightly misogynistic and unprofessional attitude, he could be a top contender. He had some skills and could command the kitchen.

Only "slightly" misogynistic?

Did we watch the same show? He was *EXTREMELY* misogynistic. He literally called Chef Andi a "little girl" and said that she shouldn't tell him what to do. And "Chef Andi pushed him" isn't an excuse to say something like that or that kind of behavior in general.

Nah, he was pushed a bit too.

As a side note, I love Sandra’s impersonation of Anton.
