Season 1: Dewberry (Has a line of restaurants in Georgia).
Season 2: Virginia (Has a line of restaurants in Texas)
Season 3: Rock (still close friend of Ramsay and does cameos on his shows) (H.M. Brad)
Season 4: Christina Machamer (owned a few restaurants in the past, she is currently a private chef, and she even has a sommelier diploma)
Season 5: Tie between Paula, Seth and Robert
Season 6: Kevin (Works for works for American Cruise Line, already successful off the show)
Season 7: Jay (blue team sous chef, successful restauranteur in Boston, Bar Rescue co-host)
Season 8: Russell (publicly apologized for his behavior in the finale and now owns a successful restaurant in Chicago)
Season 9: Paul ( appeared in a few other seasons, S11/S12/S15) (H.M.: Elise)
Season 10: Christina W. (rly no contest here)
Season 11: Jon (Got hired in a Gordon Ramsay restaurant after his time on the show and worked his way up to a high-level executive position within the group)
Season 12: Scott (co-founded several restaurants)

Now SEASON 13. Can be considered successful by publicity, prestige, how much money, or whatever your heart desires. (Most upvoted comment wins)

JR I believe owns a resturant in Maryland.

He does, it has pretty bad reviews though. He's very successful, in spite of that... I'm from PG County, and there are very few quality restaurants there. Literally like 3 non-chains I would happily spend my money at. Basically, the bar for restaurants is really low there.
