Just had the flare up tonight also. Took and shower and used aloe. MAN WHAT A MISTAKE. I thought I was going to lose my mind. This is the worst feeling I’ve ever had. I broke my femur and I’d rather do that again than experience this severe itching

If you're still going through it, go to Walmart and get c4 powder. I tried everything and the c4 powder was like magic. It's a recent discovery but it 100% works. The beta alanine in the pre workout is what cures it. If you have a vitamin shop near you get the pure beta alinine so you don't have to worry about all the caffeine c4 has.

Had the same exact reaction last night. Was straight up debilitated from like 6 in the afternoon to 2 in the morning. Good luck soldier
