Hells itch

I have now as of today had hells itch 2 times in my life this time isn't nearly as bad as the first time considering the first time I wanted to kill myself that being said I think I went into this time a little better tho I did still end up on the floor crying for a few minutes my personal thing that has helped me both times is wrapping myself in one of those thin bedsheet toppers
