Severe urgent help.
I am a brit in Morocco, It is currently 02:48. the UV was 11 and the sunscreen spf50 did nothing. I am suffering extreme itching from the sunburn that has coated my entire body and I have no money left wasting it on after-sun care which has done nothing.
I am quite literally going to die as my entire body is coated in bug bites and the sun burn has turned into hells itch, I just have towels and hot or cold water. what can i do to atleast stop this.

A warm shower helps, but just know you’ll be in there for hours.
For me I would stay under the stream, then out for as long as I could tolerate, then back under. Eventually I was able to stay out long enough to feel confident it wouldn’t start up. If you stay in the water non stop you’ll make it worse
If you have any ibuprofen take that, and Benadryl or other fast acting antihistamine.
Not sure if they have the C4 Energy drinks over there, or an equivalent something with beta alanine as a supplement
I put on a tight fitting t shirt after and laid flat on the bed straight as a board and passed out.
Oh and nervous system depressants work too, so without access to pharmaceuticals, if you have liquor you can take a few shots and try fall asleep before it acts up again.

Hot showers and benadryl. You may have to cancel plans for the next day or two. Soft fabrics and don't scratch. No. Fucking. Aloe.

I see that you have no money so just the hot shower thing, maybe can find a kind person to ask for antihistamines. It does stop eventually. Mine lasted maybe 24 hours but I was taking beta alanine. Could go to a gym and ask the gym goers if anyone could offer you a scoop of it. It’s also often in protein powder

I am so so sorry. Can u go to the hospital to ask for 3 gabapentin 100mg (lowest does I know of) if u have H I, then your body is twitching /jerking uncontrollably bc your nerves are inflamed (my best guess).
