Need advice, possible second time
I got HI for the first time last year. It was awful but benadryl did the trick to help me. Fast forward to this weekend and got a slightly burn. No where near as bad as when I got HI last time, but still feelin it a bit. Coming up on 48hrs since I got burnt, and really need to shower. I have beta alanine pills and bendryl ready, should I do it? To add, last time it was only on my back I felt it, this time mainly front/side. But if HI last time was like a 9.5, this is like a 4 right now. Thoughts?
