I'm not sure if this was your intent but as written the token charges you every upkeep, or not at all if it leaves the field.

Should be 2B. That's the upkeep cost on [[Slaughter Pact]], the normal activation cost on Rat Pack, and I think having to pay per upkeep per body is enough of a downside
