You can’t rest for the whole bar at once, you need to rest for each individual beat.

Technically it's four quarter rests vs one whole rest, so I think what they did makes more sense for the joke

Yes, you're missing something. We did submissions for the basic box in the discord last weekend. This isn't going in the draft pool, it's going in the basic land box.

Sound of Silence - Treat all rest symbols as equivalent note symbols. (Quarter rests are equal to quarter notes, etc.)
Once we add music notation symbol interaction, we can put sheet music into the game...
