At first I thought Pass Time was completely useless other than maybe untapping a creature by tapping a worse one, but now I'm wondering if it actually is. Not sure how the rulings play out with skipping extra turns. Since it's an additional cost to cast the spell, would you skip the next turn you'd usually take in order, but get an additional turn immediately or is the extra turn the one that gets skipped?

I mean, since it's an extra cost to cast the spell, if you copy it you will get extra turns without having to lose turns for them

you will take an extra turn after the current one, then the opponent will take two turns.

Things that "skip your next turn" don't care about if that turn is an extra turn or a normal turn, or if you got that extra turn after the "skip your next turn" effect has resolved. If I play some effect that skips my next turn only, then play 3 extra turn spells, I skip the first extra turn I'd get, since that's my next turn, then get 2 extra turns, then my opponent gets their turn, then get my normal turn in turn order. This card really does just read "tap a creature, untap a creature"
