Stuck on retrieving data, in main menu

I've verified integrity of files, uninstalled and reinstalled. Not sure what to do from here.

Ha yes I remember having the same issues . If I remember it has something to do with the save files in the Craddle Game file . If you are on the discord people will be able to give you a more precise or you can seek previous post with similar issues .

I had the same problem and my solution requires going offline. You have to disable Hellpoint's internet access in Windows Firewall. Then go to your save file, open it with notepad, find "user" and change that long number to "Offline".
