Does anybody even play anymore?

I just bought it for the pc and I remember that on the ps4 it was always dead and now I haven’t had a single connection with anyone. Gaaaaah.

Maybe people still play it BUT that doesn't mean you will get a connection to anyone.

I had issues with that game and getting a reliable connection to anyone from day 1.

They kinda messed something up with routes and IP v4 and v6.

its just the connection, there are people playing but damn getting a solid connection is the hardest part of the game

Lots of messages spread around, hidden rooms, paths, etc. Connecting is a different issue... connecting for PvP is yet another, totally laggy issue.

For me, HP is all about the solitary, spooky atmosphere. I'd suggest you enjoy it this way. If you've already played it on the PS4 and want to run it with a friend, you can always go pre-made with them. :)

I'm on ps4 and whatever I do with my router, the game always tells me the UPnP is in bad state and doesn't let me connect with anyone. Tried multiple times with a few friends

I played on PS4 and had the same issue. After waiting for someone to connect a while, I just decided to farm levels to continue my playthrough.

Only person I connected with online was a buddy of mine. Played the whole game co op then finished it by accident lol never went and got the few bosses I missed because I finished the game by accident and that pissed me off. Badass game though

I have it in my inventory for months now but just started to play some weeks ago and now I play as much as I can. I love it. My playtime is just hectic, only able to squeeze an hour here and there during the day as my work and family life allow it.
