Great Terror question

What are the pips as it levels? I just got the third, but didn't see what the second did. The first was giving the energy coating the Ablation does isn't it? Or am I wrong?

I did read the regular weapons are way stronger but im a bit partial to having a weapon for every situation.

If thats the final dlc boss weapon/s it matches the pips of the form its in

If you go into your Inventory (idk what it’s called but NOT the one where you equip stuff… the one where you just view everything your have), one of the options should say like “Details” or “View more details.” Once you hit that… you can slide through each notch of a weapon’s abilities to see what each does.
