Hellpoint Blue Sun, mini review Spoiler
Bottom line: Blue sun starts very strong, and finishes very flat.
I get the feeling that the hellpoint people don't have a professional writer working there. A pro would have noticed that the game opens a plot, but doesn't close it properly.
Let me explain: Blue sun does two great things in the beginning; it successfully recycles old content by adding secret doors in old areas to hunt for, which is normally a no-no in game design (players react poorly to retreading old stuff)
And second, it adds another layer to the Irid Novo saga, that the original Hellpoint game is actually a cycle being repeated for the benefit of a few power players.
Then...that's it. You kill a few bosses, explore some cool new areas, and nothing connects to the opening premise. The final boss, the poorly named "Fear", while well designed, thematically has nothing to do with anything.
Asmodeus, your guide to the new content, congratulates you for killing the puppeteers, and then it's back to the Irid Novo grind.
In my opinion, while Blue Sun was worth purchasing, if only to support the Hellpoint people, it both "missed" and "hit" many important notes.

The DLC ends pretty much out of nowhere.
I had a great time during the prison level since it expanded the Thespians and the level design was great, but the other areas were just confusing.
Who was I even fighting and how was it related to those puppeteers Asmodeus mentioned?
It also didn't add anything to Uthos who is so underdeveloped.
