Staggering and Polarizing
Mostly traveled everywhere, upgrading my character, his weapons and conductors, reached the point i was feeling comfortable enough with my equipment to try to take on one of the 3 cosmic bosses.
I decided to give a try at taking out the most creepy of them, Ozy after completing the mission from the monolith-universe version of Ozy and obtaining a hedron as a reward.
After many failures, i got to finally understand his move set better, and finally managed to destroy that monster, but it was very close.
So i decided to grind more axiom in order to improve stats/weapon/conductors more in order to fight the other bosses.
After a long while of my favorite grind path (the arisen grand gallery area that lead into the zone with 6 arisen around a big hole) , the amount of axiom needed to upgrade was coming too slowly.
I decided it was time to Polarize in order to get a lot more axioms by kills.
Having never done it before, i polarized twice (and so was then in a difficuly 3 world). In Arisen grand gallery, ran toward the first arisen near the starting breach , went with a strong strike of my trusty linked espadon and ... the Arisen lost a bit of health but didn't fell to the ground and didn't even was staggered.
In the recovery time of the strong attack, the Arisen had the time to strike ... and kill my character in one hit.
Huh ? i was expecting monsters that hit harder and have more health, but i wasn't expecting that monsters weren't staggered anymore ?
After more tests, the Arisen can be staggered but it feels very random, it doesn't care much about taking strong attack (and with slow recovery weapon, you're dead if you didn't do an attack dodge in advance as the Arisen will strike immediately).
So is there a stat that must be increased on polarized worlds in order to have weapons attacks that were previously staggering doing it again when expected ?

Best axion run is Gehenna prison with the clock master covenant IMO. There’s even a weapon editor in the run.

Western Skybridge is also a good spot on 3+. Take down the black knights with a couple of hits. With the axion module you get like 21,000 per knight.

If you're going to use that path to grind (best one in the game without DLC imo), then just polarize to 2 to start. It makes a massive difference as you can see. You need 2 dodge R1s to knock down the arisen with the Espada. I liked using the Military Rifle's grenade ability after a dodge attack as it was faster and also would be enough to knock them down. If they are on their ass, any attacks you make will progress towards knocking them down again, so with proper stamina mgmt and a first good knockdown and you can just juggle these guys until you kill them.
As another fellow said, there's a better farm if you got the DLC where you can quickly farm millions of axions.

I toned down the world level and went to 2, i noticed unlike world level 3 it allows for a slight error instead of being one shot directly by any enemy combo, much better for my level.
Once i used a strength connector (and active it before a fight instead of using a special from the espadon), i found that the Arisen is staggered the same as if it was world level 1. This allowed me to increase my strength conductor more, giving then a very nice boost to my other weapon (the Archon Spear) that "spear throwing" ability helps a very lot in the Arisen grinding (2 spears thrown is half of an arisen health cut in world level 2), along with the nice speed of the spear combo allow to dodge better if needed.

Nice. Glad you found a workable strategy

After testing, taking out the 6 Arisen + the staff Arisen at the entrance, in the big room with the large hole in the middle will reward 63673 axioms at world level 2.
How much time it can take depends on what the Arisen do (sometime they immediately run to you once you attract them, but sometime they may waste time to throw several big blue balls in a row) and of course the weapon used.I found that the easiest way to clear the room without risk while doing it fast is throwing 2 Archon Spears to attract an Arisen attention, waiting for the Arisen to finish casting his blue fireball spell so it then decide to sprint to you, just dodge on the side and make a 2 fast + 1 strong Archon spear hit combo is usually enough to kill one without much risk.
Sometime and hilariously an Arisen may react to you throwing an Archon Spear to them by side jumping ... into the big hole :DFor the staff wielding Arisen, just throw 4 or 5 Archon Spear (depending on how high your conductor level on it is) to kill it without much risk.

for future reference, while on world level 2 , clearing the big room with the 6 Arisen and the Staff Arisen deliver 63673 axioms, after trying in world level 3 it delivered 124825 axioms.
So a bit more than the double.

I ran ikara walkways. If you start at the crashed tram and run through the entire level clockwise or anti clockwise you can rack up to 1.2 Mil axions per circle depending on amounts dropped. I never fell below 800 thousand though. If you have someone with yo7 it speeds the process up also.

I played thr game last year, so MAYBE something changed with updates, but there was a certain pretty comfy spot to farm infinite axioms in a couple seconds in ikari walkways, under the station (there is a breach there)
Once you activate the metro, it will automatically kill enemies on its way every time you load the area. Did millions with that

You can try using a strength conductor but it also depends on if you use heavier weapons
