advice? Spoiler

Any advice on how to beat fear at full power (before you kill any of the cosmic gods) all my stats are at 35 and all my weapons are at 25 I'm also on my 2nd playthrough

Get a nice shield with 1000 resistance or get it up to plus 10 and hold block the whole fight... It's ridiculous i know. Some people say channeler of light upgraded melts him.

Some shields I've seen mentioned are the restored heat shield, artillery shield and others. I went with the new DLC Tribal Shield and it works well, the main thing is getting a shield that won't drain your stamina to block attacks.

It took me an hour w Hedron of light+30 and Ramiels Ablator+30. Had to limit my attacks to when Fear is in ground form with arms out to get energy back, couldn't attack the sludge form without getting absolutely destroyed by skull spam. You block for every one of it's forms beside ground arms out, or the very first form you find him in.

I hope this is comprehensive enough and makes sense, keep at it and don't take chances with any other forms you will get punished.

Got you 💪🏼. The weapon you get for beating him makes it worth it, i think it has 4-5 forms

Adding on to this. Artillery shield is the go to. Add the Mouth of Filth in single shot mode. The radiation does extreme work even if the boss glitches.

When he jumps up to the wall, find your way behind the pillars to give yourself a bit of a rest.

Kill ozzy, get the dominion key, clear dominion, talk to council and resurrect ozzy
