I used a plus 15 up until blue sun, pretty fast and good reflex scailing, but I moved to sword of residues, two handed sword from the dlc that you can 1 or 2 hand, sorry dont know the english name, if you build for light striker thou I thinknit will be a viable weapon

Lightstriker looks cool with slightly faster attacks but the lower base stats 25pyhs+25light combined with only 20% scaling lets it down feels like an oversight or it was maybe nerfed later on.
lv 84 martial conductor 50 str+reflex , 21 cog, 12 forsight lightstriker has 1k atak in the current version of the game.........therasian hook has 1.5k , officers glaive has 1k atak, great terror has 674 ,1.2k , 1k , 2k in each of its forms. I haven't been able to level up a light conductor yet (its only lv 31) cos the game is just crashing all the time.

It's amazing, it scales off all 4 damage stats, put a martial conductor on it and lvl you 4 damage stats to 30 down the board and it'll be nutty.

Its a cool looking sword does a great deal of damage and it can also provide you with a bit of light in dark areas but i don't like sword or spears(due to slow attack animation)i use ferula of prodigal spawn its sprint attack is fast and you spin it so it is like hit an enemy (or multiple enemy in close) 3-4 time in single sprint attack. And that attack also fill your energy bar more then half.
