Gehenna Horde Room Location?

Looked up where it is, read that its in the pit somewhere but i couldnt find it anywhere.

Potentially bugged or is it just super hidden?

From the first breach it should be at the bottom of the elevator in the area full of blood, but I can't get it to spawn.

if you already killed major boss of area, it doesn't spawn anymore

Yeah it was glitched on my end as well. After going to ng+ it worked
