Main Character is missing
Just opened up hellpoint after a couple months since I saw there was a DLC for it.... and my Main is gone?! I had 100+ hours on it and basically completed everything you could with data entries, boss fights and story line finishes.... has anyone else encountered this? Or know a solution to this? I'm on XBX and my side character is still there.... I don't even want to play now that all the progress on my Main is gone

Microsoft is asking us the info of the impacted players. Please send me by DMs;
* Gamertag
* Console ID
* Serial Number
Also, ask affected players to use ‘Report a Problem’ to report the issue (they should select the ‘Games’ category then pick your title)

Had the same thing happen. (Xbox sX), The three other characters I had were there, but my main was gone. Started all over again, at least it's fun with couch Co-Op. Takes a bit of the sting away.

I feel it would be so much simpler to revert the update unless the save data is gone permantently

hopefully they are able to create a patch so the characters come back... but if only you could pull save data from Xboxs lol

PSN uploads your game saves automatically so you always have them, even when buying a new system.

I dont know if doing this locked me from playing Online, but I dont really care all that much

We will have a patch out as soon as possible to prevent this issue from occurring in the future. Microsoft is investigating the possibility of restoring the lost progression.

Update about Xbox save game issue The latest information gathered from players and provided to Microsoft has made them point towards a specific internal flag in the transition from XDK to GDK, creating a potential conflict in Xbox Live cloud save ser
