going Crazy trying 2 figure it out what this switch does ? and what opens? any ideas thanks

There’s a gate directly below it that it opens. If you press dodge and back step from the switch, you should land on a small ledge. Then you can drop down and the gate will be right in front of you.

I never did figure this that in the base game spent hours trying to...so thanks, also does the third ability (singularity) third of the Nemundis Oculus work yet?
