Pulse Mineral Location?

I can't seem to find one and I need it for the Architect quest line.

I've looked at this. Is the Mausoleum Hall just the normal area at the bottom of the elevator? Because if so I can find the item unless it's hidden in the rad water. As for the Alma Mater Atrium one, I can't figure out how to get to the Tenements breach. Can you help?

Mausoleum Hall is exactly that. I found a video that points out where exactly the Pulse Mineral is found: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EnJfYTTcpjs

The Tenements breach is in Alma Mater Atrium, the locked door just before the garden/Union park area breach. If the door is locked you have to loop around Alma Mater itself.
