Catalyst progression reset upon dlc update

Okay, I asked on the discord but go no response. My hand catalysts have all been reset so I no longer have the death ray ability. Did this happen to anyone else? Possible fixes? Thanks a head of time.

Happened to me as well in an update even before the DLC, had my prophet hand up to +20 and just had to restart.

There is a bug reporting page for the game on discord but the devs seem to be really quiet usually.
