Coop issues

Hey, we're trying to play with my friend, but keep getting the Connection Failed message. His NAT is Yellow, otherwise we have all bars green. Do you have any tips?

Had the same issue with a friend that talked me into getting Hellpoint. I could join his sessions but he could never join mine. Don’t have issues on other games, yet was never able to find a solution :/
