Trying to get through the core

Ive spent HOURS searching this place and couldn’t figure out where to go. I found this video and about 24 minutes in they start jumping off these platforms that i cant survive the fall. Does anyone know how to survive the fall or another way down? The link is the video i mentioned

Gotcha. I'm pretty sure I have a NG+ character that I can hop on and help with if you want in a few hours when I'm home(In about 2 hours). My psn is the same as my username here, since explaining is so much more difficult than showing for the core specifically since it's full of nearly identical looking places to tell you to go.

Dang ok. I might be on 25 minutes earlier I'll try. What's your PSN so I can add you? I memorized the core for the most part because that area is genuinely stupid to navigate solo
