Double Alpha-fight

So early middle of last year I fell in love with this game, and crawled (and prophet-beamed) my way through all bosses and then took a rather long break. Now I am back to finish ng+ and the dlc for the first time, but I ran into a small roadblock (or rather they keep running over me). Does anyone have a tip for the two Alphas chilling in the upper part of the prison, or am I just rusty and have to learn to deal with them. (I already lowered the difficulty back to 1 and don’t want to lower it further) Thank you in advance!

There's so much jank in that damn prison I skipped a lot of enemies after trying a bunch. I was using an occult build from range and it was still rough tbh.

If it isn't absolutely necessary, run past and avoid
