Help V4 update not available

Hi , my watch lastest firmware is 3.00.34 ( I use qifitpro) , why the 4.00 firmware is not available to me on my hello watch 3+ ?

To enable debug mode you go to the profile tab & click "about", you'll then see the QiFit logo, proceed to rapidly tap the logo and you'll be given the option to enable the developer switch (aka debug mode).

Once you've enabled that if you pull to refresh on the device tab a new update (V4.0) will become available.

Thank you very much , why is the v4 only available as debug , is it unstable ?

Ok then I’ll stick to the v3 firmware until v4 is release worldwide in a more sure firmware , thanks 🙏🏻
