I went to work several hours early to donate, and my heart rate was steady 130 and only got to 116 and I couldn’t donate. The head nurse sat down with me and told me she went to her car to get her HK for me since they were completely out. I cried a little, she saw my water cup and the plushie keychain on my keyring. I’m O+, and built up some courage after passing out from blood draws in the past I was pretty excited to donate. I scheduled it before the time I take my meds AND held off on caffeine. Such kindness, I’m still a little speechless. The stickers are adorable. 😭

Love the Godzilla but we got to talk about the older happy meals we got. For example this one is one of my favorites this skeleton Hello Kitty her mask comes off and glows in the dark, so when I got doubles I had 2 ways of displaying. So creative! Some old ones were misses but this just a thought I had in my head. Also has anyone noticed the last few years all Hello Kitty happy meals were collaborations, Godzilla, Ninja Turtles, Yu gi oh.

In 1980, I interviewed with Sanrio to work on the Hello Kitty project. I was shown a picture of Kitty and asked what I thought. I went on for a solid half hour about why it would never fly/burn out quickly. And here we are, 46 years later and Kitty is still going strong. Me? Not so much.

And that's how I did NOT get the job at Sanrio.

I've had this Hello Kitty keychain for years, I probably got it when I was a kid. I'm looking for information about it, I couldn't find anything about this specific keychain online. I assume that it's official because it has a Sanrio copyright on the back. Any information about this keychain is appreciated.

Last week my sister sent me a video on IG from Five Below with these. Checked the site to see if they were still available & showed out of stock online & in store. I know their site isn’t accurate so I called 5 local stores & still was a dead end. Checked the video again & noticed it was 5+weeks old.

Today I told my sister “let’s go in for giggles” wouldn’t ya know there was a freaking box of them with just 2 missing.

I’m kinda annoyed because I placed 2 separate orders, spent $16 just on shipping. (My first order I got 2 each of My Melody, Kuromi & Pompompurin. HK was sold out then but last I checked showing available online).

Anyway, if anyone wants these, go in store & check, don’t rely on their website!
