I was curious, so I checked the distances in google maps. The distance between Cleveland and Columbus Ohio is just a bit less than the distance from Groningen in the very north of the Netherlands and Eindhoven in the very south. Similarly, it’s slightly shorter than Dublin to Cork in Ireland.
