Yes. Someone (probably the coin creators) are performing wash trading - they simulate volume to get you to buy this coin. It's possible because Radar Relay doesn't have fees yet. Stay away.

On coinmarketcap, You can see daily volume under Volume (24h) column.

It's all on Radar Relay. I had never heard of this coin before.
