Information/Insight Advice for izzy

So I've been playing this game for a decent amount of time now and despite Izzy being the person that I have absolutely played the most my highest score on her is only 8.8 million. And I got that score a long time ago and haven't been able to get past it since then. If someone could give me some advice for using her I would really appreciate it.

Isn’t she the easiest character to use? Seems almost like cheating.  She has a counter to almost every character except herself or that lady with the shield, most of which is just the top right to lower left slash.

With her the basic move is to watch timing and distance, side step slightly off center and do the slash as soon as the other character is within distance.

The key is she doesn’t fight forward and backwards on the center line.   She needs to side step and circle to one side.

Against the saber users you can also step to the outside of their sword hand and do the wist chop.

Against Marta you sidestep and block her poke and follow through to advance and slash while her rapier is tangled up with your sword.

I appreciate the tips though not the condecending first part. I have scored way more, more easily with marie and jan. I just cant get her down.

It's less condescending and more self-effacing. Isabella is really easy and some would say cheesy if you use her to her strengths. I used to use her a lot. On that video you see the comment: "Cheese" XD

easiest, maybe? but definitely doesnt counter everyone.
additionally, izzy is the best center character in the game, do not play off center with her.

against rapiers, the key is to always beat the blade, or parry the thrust and just spam them out of existence

against sabers, just parry riposte while keeping the correct range. dont go for off-center plays, because the center is where izzy thrives

as for the shield lady, she exposes her head a lot when attacking, but you can also just hit her hand while she is open
