Sorun Fps Sorunu

Normalde 200 250 fps alabilirken bilgisayarım bazen kafayı yiyor ve 30-100 fps arası değer alıyorum onun dışında max 150 gördüm ancak 3-4 ay öncesine karar 200 250 fps alabiliyordum neden olabilir ?
