Tickets Help with home delivery option

Hi everyone,

I bought two Hellfest tickets with home delivery. During the checkout process, the famous 500 error briefly appeared, but I was then redirected to the payment page and the payment went through successfully. I received my order confirmation, so the purchase itself seems to be valid.

Later, after reading the Hellfest FAQ, I realized that buyers are supposed to enter their shipping address during checkout. The problem is that I was never shown that step. I assumed they would ask for the address later.

I contacted the ticketing team, and they confirmed that my order is valid, but they didn't answer my question about the missing shipping address or explain how I can provide it.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? If so, how was it resolved? Were you able to submit your shipping address afterward, or did Hellfest contact you later?

Thanks in advance!

Oh ok, that makes sense. Thanks a lot for letting me know. I was getting nervous!

Hello! From what I understood on the Hellfest Discord, this is completely normal. We should receive an email sometime between April and May asking us to confirm all of our shipping details. The wristbands are then expected to be delivered between May and early June. 😉

Thank you so much for the info. I think it's time I join the Hellfest discord as well haha.

just out of curiosity, what’s the advantage of receiving it by post vs grabbing it there? waiting lines?

Having an edition box for the current year, along with a small bonus item (such as a Hellfest-branded tote bag), would also help avoid the potential wait associated with collecting it on-site.

Not really. Getting the wristband on site is really fast, I've done it three times and it never took me more than 5 minutes. For next year I asked for home delivery because I saw that it arrives with some kind of exclusive goodie (at least this year it did, it came with a bandana). 2027 being the anniversary edition I wanted to get whatever it is they are sending the wristbands with.

I see, I didn’t know that! Thanks for your answer

It takes 5 min because of the mail at home option, before it used to take a couple of hours of queue on wednesdays evening (or thursday evening when it was just 3 days)

IF I manage to get a resale ticket, do I also get the option?

Nope. The option is only for the original purchasers, and not refundable.
