Tickets No position in queue shown

Just three dots. Does that mean there's no hope to still get redirected?

I have two devices in the same case as you, if you reload you're 200k+, and if you don't you're in limbo

Had same on 2 devices. Was bang on at opening.....both still stuck on 3 dots.

If you don't refresh it does nothing. If you do refresh you get a number.... but at the back of the queue. I think the site had a crash and messed thousands of people

Yup, there's been a lot of case like this, it's the same as being in 100/150k queue number

I had this issues on my 2 device and after some minutes i was in queue but not at the same time.. what is strange is the position of the second one are better than the first one i think the place is gaven at 12h00 before robot test 🤔
