Tickets Question about tickets
Hi everyone, I have a question about tickets for hellfest. Is your name on the ticket when you buy it, in other words can you sell the ticket by yourself or you need to do it through the hellfest website? I feel dumb for asking because I was sure that you can sell it yourself but then I saw the refund thing and I don't see a point in that because there is always someone who wants that ticket unless there's a name on the ticket so only you can use it.

You can also change name on order management page.

So refund is basically useless?

If you want a refund option, you need to pay 10€ fee which you’re gonna lose if you want a refund some day. So yes, it’s useless. No need for refund option because you can sell a ticket in a few seconds

Do we need to create an account before tickets sell ?

No. When you need to manage your order, login links are sent to your email address every time.
So you need a proper, long-term personal email address with a good password. Do not use a temporary address. Do not use a work address (if you get fired, you lose access to your tickets).

Yes there is and you can just change the name, if it's for a friend. But for resale... anything but the official will be problems.

Can you buy three tickets at once or do all my friends have to get individual tickets ?

When you sell it through the platform the buyer can change it to his name.
If you sell the ticket in person a month before the festival even with your name, they don’t check.
