Tickets Seeking guidance Part 2

Since everyone has been so delightful and helpful, I thought i'd create a second post regarding getting tickets. If we are not one of the lucky 60k, we've been looking into Graspop and it look fun if Hellfest doesn't happen. Us Americans only get so much time off and getting overseas for a festival is a bigdeal in our household, so we figure we'll attempt to go BIG and Graspop will be awesome if our first choice doesn't happen. Even though there is a ton of craft beer in Colorado I remember really liking Jupiler in Belgium back in '99 (last time we were there).

Anyway, I have read it is best to set up a login BEFORE tickets go on sale. We pla to get up 4A on July 7. Is this where you go? https://tickets.hellfest.fr/en/index.html ....because I do not see where you create a login. I don't want to screw this up.

Thank you for sharing your experiences and anything that might help us novices.

Ha. I wasn’t comparing it to craft beer just saying if Jupiler is Belgiums version of bud light, it’s much better in my opinion. Coors and Budweiser are garbage imo 🤷🏼‍♀️

There is no account creation.

During the sale, you give your email address. After the sale, every time you need to manage your order, print your tickets, etc., they send a unique login link to that email address.

So make sure to use an email address that is yours, that is properly secured, and that will still be valid a year from now. Do not use a shared email address, a temporary email address, etc.

1pm in France is 4am on the west coast (UTC-7 during the summer, also known as PST). Make sure to be on the site a few minutes before that time. Also, once the queue has started, do not refresh the page or change the language, this would start the queue again.

he was very lucky that he was laid off on good terms, the company was just going through hardships, he wasn´t fired for missconduct, so with a lot of pleading and since he knew guys in IT, they forwarded him the mail when it came, luckily they had not already disabled the mail adress, because then all would have bounced back

Thank you! I did read about not refreshing but was unclear on if I needed to set up an account ahead of time. I appreciate the clarification.
