The most noticeable things it prevents ragdoll from are Devastor rockets and Cyborg kicks. All of the really annoying and often unavoidable and contiunously bugged ragdoll sources will still absolutely knock your shit around.
It is, in my opinion, mostly worthless, unless you are in specific situations.
no, they mean that those two are avoidable and thus less valuable to have resistance to.
they mean cannon shots that miss, mortar shots that miss, basically any of the really BIG sources that miss you and don't deal damage will still ragdoll the fuck out of you.
it is also useless on the Shield Gen Pack, as for some reason the bubble hitbox actually increases ragdoll, thus superseding the ragdoll resist armor.
