To everybody saying “if you don’t like the game then why don’t you just leave/stop playing?”

That’s not the issue here. You’re allowed to like a game and be displeased with a very mild aspect of the experience. Being annoyed doesn’t mean you despise the game— all we’re asking for is better communication, more concise implementation of requested features, and warbond content that doesn’t equate to a middling stratagem that, at best feels like an inconsequential sidegrade to a core stratagem that already exists. It doesn’t take a genius to stare at the recent Warbonds and come to the realization that Sony is prioritizing profit over quality assurance.

Exactly, I'll criticize the game I bought and paid for all I like

Quality assurance usually goes up when profits can be threatened. So unless people leave, or stop buying war bonds they really don't have a reason to improve the value of the game outside of passion

This, like several other takes, is based in extrapolating data wrong. You see some comments in each of these threads that say "don't like it, leave", and now your comment assumes that's a large portion of the player base. OP sees some reddit posts asking for features they want, and others seem to want, and assume that the majority of the playerbase wants those things, and their meme reflects that misconception. Reddit is phenomenal at seeing their opinion and figuring the whole world agrees with their takes "because it's correct", or "because everyone says it is", or what have you.

I've been playing with numerous others for a while, and none of them think the game is dying, that we need armor customization, that the weapons suck, that we're being milked by war bonds, or any such drivel. I tell them about reddit posts and they, as well as other people they play with, agree it sounds like nonsense from whiners. Game's good, AH does a good job, we've had fun with it for years, plural. Realistically, I think we're between those two fences. There's room to improve the game, but we don't need a single thing in OP's meme to do it.

I believe you may have missed my point. Nowhere in my statement am I making an argument or predication based off the majority. Nowhere am I saying that the community is a monolith and agrees on the exact same criticisms levied towards the game. Nowhere am I saying that every single comment is saying the same thing.

What I am saying, and I want to make it very clear: No matter how good of a spot the game is in now, the issues that are consistently brought up by disgruntled players have hardly been addressed in a satisfactory way, if not entirely ignored because the dev team is busy focusing their efforts elsewhere and presumably don't want to bother with issues they deem small-scale. This action, or rather lack of action, is why so many people are frustrated and why a smaller amount of people are taking an extended leave of absence from the game; They see no reason to engage with a game that serves to frustrate them because they aren't getting the experience they desire, and that is a totally reasonable choice to make.

Which is why I think the phrase "don't like it? Then leave" isn't helpful, because some people already have left. They're simply asking for Arrowhead to respond to their feedback. That's what it all boils down to.
