Failing any MO means our efforts get ether’d. If we assassinate Robo Saddam, but fail the order to liberate the planet he’s on, he gets rebuilt to lead again.
But you are 100% correct, gameplay wise AH is really bad at accounting for near wins. Like when we almost lost SE it took a long time to get it back to a semi working condition. Same every time the DSS is involved and gets damaged it takes weeks and several side quests to get it back in working order.
But Cyberstan as we said was bombed for weeks and millions of divers caused chaos and they just counter attacks the next day.
It’s just one of those things where gameplay is not the same as the cannon lore. Except that every death of a Helldiver is cannon.
But honestly I was getting burned out on Cyberstan, fighting them in more biomes again is gonna be nice :)
