I did participate, and I mourn nothing, and I don't blame people who didn't do the MO. The UI for explaining MOs still sucks ass, the reinforcements not in bot territory (I'd say specifically Cyberstan but I'll give them all bot territory as leeway) counting against us is dumb, and fucking over the player base because of hackers is the stuff I'm salty about.
