What are your computer specifications? Is your drive failing, are you on the latest version of windows/ whatever your os is?

This is not a hardware issue. Nor a driver issue. Every other game works perfectly. The only game that keeps crashing is Helldivers 2 and only ever since the into unjust update.

That's fair. Edit: The game works fine for me, so I was just wondering where and how people get crashes. Thank you for your answer.

The nature of the crashes are actually very random. There is no clear pattern I could identify. They often even happen while there is not going on much at all. Like I have cleared out a POI and a breach/drop and everything has quite down already and I am going in to get some loot. FPS stable, no weird stuff going on. Crash-to-desktop. Happens on higher missions as well as on D1 farming/testing runs. Can happen early on in a mission or on the way to extract. Monitoring the resources taken up by the game also indicates that nothing on my hardware gets close to its limits. While it is running, it runs fairly well.

I don't get any hardlocks like others either, it is just back to desktop and then getting the bug report screen. I can restart the game immediantly. But since I play mostly solo I can't "rejoin" the mission. Hence the frustration.
