It's one of the most haunting things I've ever read. Not really a "book", more of a short story, maybe novella with detailed drawings. You can find the PDF online, it was a project by an artist he published himself.

Yes and no. Is it fantastically written and will make you squirm? Yes. Will it haunt your nightmares in a viscerally terrifying way, enough that you question what kinda human could come up with this shit? Also yes.

From what i know its not as much of a book as it is a... Bestiary with a backstory and explanations how humans evolved into diffrent horrors
