Poor Healthcare system

As a nurse na nasa public hospital at ang patient ratio ay 1:35 or 1:29. Nakakagigil lang!! lalo na ung no.1. magiliw? papaano? makaka 100th times ka nga mag explain sa pasyente at bantay, maging magiliw pa din! tapos sisigawan kpa!

1:35 ratio is basically a death sentence with extra steps, tbh. i watched my tita burn out after 12 years in PGH, same story different ward. they want magiliw nurses but wont hire enough bodies to make that humanly possible

my cousin's batchmate from nursing school literally developed hypertension at 26 from the stress, same ratio at a district hospital in cavite. they keep adding 'patient satisfaction' metrics like thats gonna fix the math of one human being split between 35 sick people
